Here's a couple of links for you. You can do a google search by typing in ';dolls with Asian features'; in the window and get tons of websites. If you find one to order and can't get it as fast as you need it, you can do what I've done before....just print out a picture of the item, place it in a pretty birthday card and say, ';Your gift is on the way!'; I find that the times I've had to do this, it works out well because the child usually gets a lot of gifts on their special day and this gives them something to look forward to. I would shop German, they have made Asian dolls for years, some of the factories you need to look at are Gotz, Kruze, Annette Himstedt, You need to get a vinyl doll so she will not break. There is one more factory who has wonderful dolls and I can not recall it. All of these dolls are available in this American, I am not sure where you are.
Madame alexander has asian dolls, groovy girls, too but you can her the asian american girl, Ivy is probably exactly the one she wants. i have curly wavy hair.... i use pink lusters lotion..and blow dry/flat iron... pink lotion is foung in wal-mart in the ethnic hair section and it about $3 but if you want it permant. then you are going to have to go to a sally's and by a relaxer.....this will straighten the hair permenantly... but if your hair is brittle.... you need to get msome protien packs for your hair .... use a thick donditioner... (pantene, tresseme) cholestoral packs are good also.... the pink lotion can be used too..... after you wash your hair put the in you hair pretty good and leave it in overnight ...put it in a bun........ if you have light hair and want to dye it black it wont hold cause it is so brittly......my end always come back through from my highlights.... but get it trimmed before you dye it and since they are bad.... black will need to be dont about once a month and make SURE IT DOES NOT HAVE AMMONIA IN THE COLOR

I have african american hair texture and have been told it's pretty soft.





For a long while now, I've had my hair professionally straightened every so often. I can keep it straight myself using hair oils and moisturizers, but wearing this ';do-rag'; on my head grows a little tiresome, not to mention looks really tacky and trite.





I've heard mixed stories about silk pillow covers and the like, but is there any way to make sure my hair stays straight and undamaged overnight without having to wear something over my head?Is there any way to keep my hair straight... (black hair question)?
What's wrong with wearing a doo rag at night? Yea, it sucks having to put it on every night, especially when you are tired, but if I don't put it on, my hair looks a mess the next day and only gets worse as the days go on when I don't put it on. A lot of my friends wear silk scarves, but that doesn't work for me. I have really long hair and so it's not going to pile on top of my head and stay, plus I sleep crazy and it's sure to come off. My doo rags have come off at times.Is there any way to keep my hair straight... (black hair question)?
If u get it permanently straightened i dont think it should be a problem. Also, put conditioner in it too - but dont over do it.

I personally just like it how it is! Cute style and good taste. If you were going to change it, then get the bangs, layers would be good, and just get the highlights.
your hair is gorgous! I would keep the length and just add the bangs and some layers just to change it up a bit but still have the length. I highlight my hair and love it so i would try that too =)
