use a heat protectant then a good ceramic flat iron from a store like sally beauty supply then straighten it you can use some spray on gel to make it stick hope this helps best of luck please pick best answer
Mine did that as well until I got a hair trim. Perhaps you have a couple split ends that are causing it to curl up.
